Visibility Concepts

Entity Clarity

How unambiguously AI systems can identify who your brand is, what it does, and which topics it owns.

Definition

Entity clarity describes how well an AI system can determine a brand's identity — its name, category, audience, location, and proof points — from the available signals. These signals include structured data (Organization schema), consistent language across pages, sameAs links to authoritative external profiles, and clear brand definitions on the homepage and about pages.

Why it matters for AI visibility
