Terms of Service

Service

Veezow provides AI search visibility monitoring as a software service. Access is provided on a subscription basis as described on our pricing page. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or that we reasonably believe are engaged in abusive activity.

Use restrictions

You may not use Veezow to scan domains you do not own or have explicit authorization to analyze. You may not use the platform in ways that harm third parties or that attempt to reverse-engineer our scan infrastructure. The Weekly Index data is for internal business use — redistribution requires a written agreement.

Payment

Paid plans are billed via Stripe. You authorize us to charge your payment method on the billing cycle you selected. Annual plans are non-refundable after 14 days. Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time with effect at the next billing date.

Data

You retain ownership of any data you submit (domains, configurations). You grant us a limited license to process that data to provide the service. We do not sell your data to third parties.

Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Veezow Operations Inc. is registered. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
