0101 / What counts as a scan?
A scan is one complete analysis of a single domain: robots.txt audit, sitemap check, structured data validation, citation extraction across 4 engines, and domain authority check. Scans run on demand or on schedule.
0202 / Can I share reports outside my company?
Yes. Pro and Enterprise plans generate public share links for any report. Recipients can view the full citation matrix, priority fixes, and competitor benchmark without an account.
0303 / How is data retained?
Scan history is retained for 12 months on Pro and 24 months on Enterprise. Workspaces and shared report links remain active as long as your subscription is active.
0404 / Do you offer non-profit pricing?
Yes. Contact sales@veezow.com with your organization's details. We offer 50% off Pro for qualified non-profits and educational institutions.
0505 / What happens if I exceed my plan?
On Solo, additional scans are blocked until the next billing period. On Pro, we'll notify you before you hit the limit — overage is never billed silently. Upgrade at any time from your account settings.
